Mariner Square is a bustling strip of cultural attractions and oddities ranging from sea creatures to wax figures. Visitors can choose between the Ripley's Believe It or Not museum of shrunken heads and other oddities, the Oregon Undersea Gardens aquarium, or The Wax Works, featuring lifelike was renditions of Marilyn Monroe, Yoda, and other notable figures real and fictitious. The Square lies along Newport's scenic bayfront, directly north across the water from the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
